At Showcase Mobility, we are committed to ensuring that our customers make well-informed purchases. Our policy is designed to assist you in understanding the permanence of your purchase.
Return Policy Changes
Effective from March 18th, 2025, products purchased from Showcase Mobility that are eligable for a return are subject to a 30% restocking fee and the customer is required to pay the cost of return shipping. Only NEW unused products are eligibe for return. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of the product being returned. We encourage our customers to thoroughly review all product information and utilize our unlimited guidance and advice before making a purchase. Our knowledgeable staff are always available to provide detailed product videos, manuals, and any other resources to help you make an informed decision.
Non-Returnable Items
Non returnable items as of May 9th, 2024. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Special order or request items.
- Free gifts and promotional items.
- Custom-made items.
- Personally customized items.
- Items that have been used or are no longer in sellable condition.
- Items missing packaging, parts, or instructions.
- Products specifically marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase.

- Replacement Parts

We do not pressure our customers into making purchases. It is important for us that our customers are confident that their choice is right for them. We offer extensive pre-purchase support to ensure you are fully informed about the products you are interested in.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made before the order is processed; once an item has shipped or is a custom order made to your specifications, it is considered a final sale. We reserve the right to charge full shipping costs if the item is refused upon delivery.
Shipping
Showcase Mobility offers free shipping on most products. Please note, however, that once an order is made, the terms of this policy apply.

Given the nature of our products, we reserve the right to enforce this return policy strictly to ensure that all transactions are final and clear.
